• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Preparing financial reports, correspondence, briefs, and advice to support informed decision-making
• Developing and maintaining financial spreadsheets, registers, and reporting tools
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations
• Supporting the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting to achieve business outcomes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and practices
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across project and business teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in finance, accounts, or project accounting within a complex organisational environment
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and data analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
• Ability to interpret financial information, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations
• Proven experience building effective relationships and partnering with stakeholders across multiple business areas
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate reports, briefs, and correspondence
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
