Flinders Private Hospital - After Hours Receptionist

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our reception/admissions area. If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you. About the role:

Answer and re-direct calls on a busy switchboard Admit and discharge patients Prepare and complete patient paperwork Maintain accurate and effective record management systems Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff from other departments Support the Administration Team Leader and ACHA Administration Manager Complete other clerical tasks as required Monday to Friday shifts 12pm to 8pm and 230pm to 1030pm Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday's various shifts between 6am to 10pm Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
