I am currently partnering with an incredible, fast-growing client in the trades and construction space to find a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist .
My client is looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a focused, independent work environment and prides themselves on flawless accuracy. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of their company database. Your daily tasks will include:

Data Input: Accurately entering alphanumeric data from source documents (such as invoices, customer forms, or reports) into our systems.
Data Verification: Reviewing data for deficiencies, errors, or missing information and resolving discrepancies.
Database Maintenance: Regularly updating, organizing, and backing up digital records to ensure easy accessibility for the team.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive company and client information with the highest level of discretion and security.
Administrative Support: Assisting with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

I am looking for candidates who are process-driven and possess a high level of accountability.

The Basics: Clerical experience is a must.
Speed & Accuracy: A proven typing speed of 40 + WPM w ith near-perfect accuracy (a quick test will be part of the process).
Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas).
The "X-Factor": An eagle eye for detail. You're the type of person who catches a misplaced digit or typo that everyone else misses.
Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and strong time-management skills.
