Are you a green-space professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic, supportive environment? The City of Logan is seeking a proactive Arboricultural Team Member to join our Parks Operations team.
What You Need:

Certificate III Horticulture   or   Certificate II Arboriculture   (with tree experience)    


Current MR Class Driver's License   (Medium Rigid)    

White Card - Building and Construction Industry Certification

Level 1 Operate and Maintain Chainsaw certification

Chainsaw Fall Trees Manually (Intermediate) accreditation

What You'll Do:

Field Operations : Perform ground-based pruning, tree removals, mulching, and planting in road reserves and parks.

Equipment Management : Safely operate and maintain a range of industry tools and fleet items up to 15t GVM.

Park Stewardship : Inspect sites for hazards like sharps or vandalism and ensure areas are left clean and safe for the public.

Technical Applications : Prepare and apply pesticide, herbicide, and fungicide formulations to manage pests and diseases.
