Join Our Civil Crew | Council Maintenance Projects We are seeking a high-performing team- one Leading Hand and two General Labourers -to deliver quality concrete infrastructure across Council sites. Start time and Finish time - 06:15 - 15:15 Start Location - Thornstreet Depot (Free Parking on site) 9 Day Fortnights (Every second Monday Off)
Leading Hand (1 Role)

Deliver precision screeding and high-end finishing while coaching the existing crew in advanced "tricks of the trade."

Lead formwork setup and WHS compliance to ensure all work meets strict Council quality standards (White Card & 4+ years experience mandatory).

General Labourers (2 Roles)

Execute site preparation, formwork boxing, and material handling to keep projects on schedule.

PWork directly under the Leading Hand to assist with placement and maintain a safe, clean site (White Card mandatory).

What we're looking for:

White Card (Mandatory for all roles).

HR or MR License (Highly desirable).

Proven experience in civil concreting and a "safety first" attitude.
