We’re not looking for someone who wants a few shifts here and there or something temporary. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, committed and genuinely wants ongoing employment with a great team. 🧹 ABOUT THE ROLE ✔️ Flexible shifts Monday–Friday ✔️ Residential & Commercial cleaning across different sites ✔️ Evening shifts may become available once you are fully trained and competent ✔️ Saturday work may occasionally be required ✔️ Uniform, equipment and training provided ✔️ Opportunity for ongoing, long-term work WHO WE WANT Someone who:
• Turns up when they say they will
• Is punctual and dependable
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Works well within a team
• Is willing to learn and follow our systems
• Is physically capable of cleaning work
• Has flexibility with their availability
• Wants to stay and grow with us long term 📍 Work is primarily around Padstow, Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.
