Who we are At the heart of the City of Tea Tree Gully lies Waterworld Aquatic Centre, a premier outdoor destination. We offer three heated pools-comprising a 50m lap pool, a 20m Learner pool, and a Toddler pool-alongside expansive grassy areas, thrilling water slides, and splash park features. The role Randstad is currently seeking entry-level and experienced Customer Service Officers. At Waterworld, we run a comprehensive Learn to Swim program, host fun-filled birthday parties and facilitate a variety of events and activities.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, educating the public on water safety, and fostering an energetic environment across a variety of shifts. We invite applicants aged 15 years and above to apply for this Customer Service Officer role.
Customer Service Officer Duties Include:

Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Offer information on services, operational hours, and general inquiries accurately.
Ensure all bookings are logged correctly in the system.
Respond promptly to inquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
Prepare, sell, and serve food and beverages.
Handle cash and operate EFTPOS machines securely.
Manage emergency situations and handle challenging customers effectively.

Qualifications Customer Service Officers must hold the following certificates:

Working with Children Check
Child Safe Environments Certificate
Provide First Aid (Desirable)
