Warehouse Supervisor opportunity, Monday-Friday roster, supportive team culture and long-term career growth. Your new company Lead a high-performing warehouse team supporting the delivery of essential animal health, veterinary and agricultural products across North Queensland. Providing critical products and services to veterinary clinics, agricultural businesses, livestock producers and pet care providers, this organisation plays an important role in supporting animal health and welfare throughout Australia. This position offers the opportunity to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory management, and develop a productive team while ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, safely and on time. Your new role As the Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets
Coordinating inbound and outbound goods movements
Managing inventory control and stock accuracy
Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance at all times
Assisting with staff training, coaching and performance management
Monitoring warehouse efficiencies and implementing process improvements
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure service excellence
Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment when required

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Store person position
Current LF Forklift Licence
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
