Your new company HAYS has partnered with a global leader who manufactures construction accessories to help support making buildings secure, safe and efficient. Our client collaborates with engineers & contractors worldwide to enhance their performance and be the first point to call. Their ever-growing work load is now needing a Store person to join their team in Murarrie, Brisbane! Your new role As their new Stores Person, you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

Receive incoming goods, materials and checking quantities Loading and loading of trucks & containers using forklift Pick and pack customer orders accurately for dispatch Prepare products for dispatch, such as labelling, palletising, wrapping and securing loads Conduct high-reach forklift operations Assist in regular stock takes and maintain inventory records Liaise and collaborate with other departments and key teams to reach deadlines and targets Follow health and safety procedures and safe-handling practices Assist in general warehousing duties when required and contribute to a safe and clean working environment

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Valid High risk Work - LF licence Previous experience in a warehousing role or similar experience in both counterbalance and high reach forklift operations Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems Ability to pass a full medical, including drug & alcohol test
