Your new role
We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Officers to join a leading Refinery operation in the Gladstone region. This position offers a 9-day fortnight roster , working 10 hour shifts , providing excellent work-life balance while contributing to a safety-focused and high-performing team. Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute materials
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure work areas are kept safe and organised
- Accurately record inventory movements and equipment performance
- Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist and support team members as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient warehouse operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using inventory management systems is advantageous
- Residing in the Gladstone region
