The team at Flexiforce are seeking a General Hand for a Moss Vale company to help maintain overall upkeep of the facility and assist in ad hoc warehousing duties, as required.

Immediate start and ongoing employment for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded and experienced with general handyman tasks, including basic repairs, maintenance, and site improvements. Experience using hand and power tools is essential.

The role will also involve occasional warehouse duties, including pick packing, stock movements, and general housekeeping.

The successful applicant will be dependable, proactive, safety-focused, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks within the warehouse, wherever needed.

Main Duties Include:
• General site maintenance and repairs
• Facility upkeep and improvement projects
• Identifying and addressing maintenance issues
• General handyman tasks, as required
• Picking and packing orders
• Stock movements and warehouse support
• Warehouse housekeeping and organisation
• Assisting with ad hoc duties across the business

About You:
• Mechanically minded with practical maintenance experience
• Competent using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
