Multi-Drop Driver | Casual Contract | Launceston

Your new company
Our client is a well-established commercial laundry service provider based in Launceston, delivering high-quality linen and laundry solutions to a broad range of customers across Northern Tasmania. Due to ongoing operational requirements, they are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Truck Driver to join their team on a casual basis.

Your new role
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for completing scheduled multi-drop deliveries and collections across the region. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent time management, safe driving practices, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing daily multi-drop deliveries and collections
  • Loading and unloading laundry products safely and efficiently
  • Conducting vehicle safety checks and maintaining delivery records
  • Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
  • Adhering to all road safety and company compliance requirements

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A current MR (Medium Rigid) Licence as a minimum requirement
  • A current Manual Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in a delivery or multi-drop driving role
  • Strong knowledge of safe driving practices
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
