• Plan and conduct software and system Test & Evaluation activities.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and evaluation documentation.
• Perform verification and validation activities across Defence capability projects.
• Assess technical performance and operational suitability of systems.
• Support capability assurance activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide advice on Defence Test & Evaluation practices and frameworks.
• Produce reporting, recommendations and evidence-based assessments.
• Engage with project, engineering, intelligence and capability stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Defence Test and Evaluation Manual (DTEM) requirements and Defence governance frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Systems and Software Test & Evaluation.
• Verification and Validation (V&V) experience.
• Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and assurance practices.
• Experience supporting Defence capability acquisition, sustainment or delivery programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
• Ability to develop test plans, test reports and evaluation documentation.
• Understanding of Defence governance frameworks and capability lifecycles.
• Current Defence security clearance or ability to satisfy Defence security requirements.
