A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne East requires a Technical Account Manager for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.

Your new role

• Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted technology advisor.
• Aligning clients’ IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
• Making recommendations to help improve the client’s technical environment.
• Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
• Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.
• Assisting clients with technology planning, roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong client management experience in an MSP setting.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies and modern business IT environments.
• Experience with Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A current driver’s license and vehicle.
