Your new company

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Defence capability professional to support the delivery of a significant Defence acquisition program. Working within a complex stakeholder environment, you will play a key role in the development of facilities-related capability requirements, helping shape the infrastructure and support environment required for a future Defence capability.

Your new role

• Developing high-quality facilities requirements and supporting artefacts
• Coordinating facilities planning activities and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting project approvals through the preparation of required documentation
• Monitoring facility project progress and reporting outcomes to project teams
• Liaising with Defence and industry stakeholders regarding infrastructure requirements
• Drafting procurement and contractual documentation
• Supporting commercial and governance activities
• Maintaining facilities-related information within systems engineering databases
• Presenting findings, updates and recommendations to committees and senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• An active NV1 security clearance
• Experience within Defence acquisition, capability development or infrastructure delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Excellent written documentation and reporting capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience developing capability, infrastructure or project documentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Facilities, estate or infrastructure project experience will be highly regarded
• Willingness to travel as required
