Role : Business Analyst / System Analyst Location: Sydney /Melbourne Type: Permanent Salary 90K -120K
Analyse business processes, policies, and other relevant artefacts to gather information management requirements. Designing, developing, and modifying systems to meet business needs, including creating user documentation and training materials Experience in systems, proposes modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet user needs Assess business systems for their information management capabilities. Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ideation sessions. Provide expert support to key stakeholders and advice on technical issues to non-technical audiences. Draft information management guidelines and tools. Previous experience working with IT systems and financial services experience highly regarded but not mandatory. Review and analyse the organisations' business intentions, services, processes and information need to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
Experience: Murex Support System analysis Tech Atlassian - Jira & Confluence Intermediate level of SQL Snowflake Strong communication Elicit business requirements/specifications Write technical user stories Data analysis Problem-solving/root cause analysis Testing/reviews Delivery management support Agile delivery (kanban/scrum) System replacement/migration Workers Compensation/Insurance (desirable)
