Synergy Food Group Pty Ltd The Supply and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role ensures inventory availability, while maintaining quality excellence and compliance with company standards. Benefits Generous remuneration package  Ongoing training and development Opportunities for advancement Collaborative work environment Based at Sydney Markets   Task & responsibilities Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment to meet operational requirements Implement best practices for warehouse operations, including safety, security, and compliance. Using ‘Unleashed ’to ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and reporting. Help develop and maintain efficient processes for stock management, order tracking, and delivery planning   Distribution & Logistics Plan and manage transportation and distribution strategies to meet service level agreements. Identify areas for process improvements and propose actionable solutions to optimise delivery routes, schedules, and modes of transport to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service reliability   Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply and distribution staff. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.   Qualification & experience Proven leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale operations. Strong knowledge of warehousing, and transportation practices. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Forklift licence advatageous.
