Supervisor, Food & Beverage

Salary from $70,000 per annum

The restaurant is a long-standing Darwin favourite.

Restaurant offers extensive traditional and contemporary Cantonese dishes with some Sichuan and Hakka dishes.

About the Role

supervise client relationships by promoting excellent service supervise front of house staff including reservations and delivery areas take reservations, greeting and seating guests make sure food and beverages is delivered to guests in a professional and timely manner clean tables, bars, equipment, etc oversee proper food and safety practises and standards by staff generate daily and weekly reports train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

Qualifications and Skills

relevant vocational or higher qualification at least 2 years recent experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor demonstrated experience with staff supervision and customer servicing practices sound knowledge and experience with workplace hygiene, work health and safety and responsible servicing of alcohol proven ability to operate POS systems ability to work according to the requirements of the position

Authority to work in Australia required.
