Your new role

Reporting into senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading sales, operations, customer service, talent development, and strategic growth initiatives. You will create a culture of excellence while delivering outstanding results and customer experiences.

• Driving sales performance and achieving annual revenue targets
• Leading and developing a large, high-performing retail team
• Building customer loyalty and growing client engagement programs
• Developing local business initiatives and community partnerships
• Managing operational excellence, compliance, inventory, and risk
• Driving employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across retail, marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive senior retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail or a premium customer-focused environment
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive business outcomes
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
