Your new company

We are currently recruiting an experienced Spray Painter to join a well established Australian manufacturer on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands on workshop role working within a busy production environment applying high-quality finishes to metal components used in public infrastructure and outdoor furniture

Your new role


• Prepare steel and aluminium components for painting and coating

• Apply primers, topcoats and protective finishes using spray equipment

• Mix paints and coatings to specification

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform touch ups and rework where required

• Maintain spray equipment and work areas

• Follow production schedules and quality procedures

• Adhere to all WHS policies and safe work practices

What you'll need to succeed


• Previous experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or Production Spray Painter

• Experience working with steel, aluminium or fabricated metal products

• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques

• Ability to use spray equipment safely and effectively

• High attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual and safety focused

• Experience in manufacturing or workshop environments
