Sous Chef & CDP– Bottarga (Brighton) - Sponsorship Available - 1 Hat Restaurant Bottarga is looking for a full-time Sous Chef and experienced CDP to join our small, passionate kitchen team in Brighton from end of September/beginning of October. We are an intimate, chef-driven restaurant with an open kitchen, focused on quality produce, refined technique, and thoughtful food with Italian influence, Asian touches, and seasonal Australian ingredients.
