Software Engineer
Full-Time Bayswater/ On-Site/ Remote Acova has developed a technology that delivers fast, consistent, accurate visual assessments. Combining advanced imaging, machine learning, and modular applications, the platform delivers results aligned with recognized standards. Agriculture is the current focus, but technology has potential wherever consistent visual assessment is required. Position Summary As a Software Developer at Acova, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software systems. Collaborating with clients and fellow developers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality technical solutions while ensuring the seamless integration of new features into existing systems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative software systems and features to meet client needs. Collaborate with clients and internal development teams to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions. Maintain and modify existing software systems for enhanced functionality and performance. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment including identification and mitigation of risks that may affect the performance and security. Collecting and analysing operational metrics Perform code reviews and address technical issues in a timely manner. Researching, consulting, analyzing and evaluating system program needs Managing testing and automation of software and application deployments Encryption and decryption

Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#. Experience with software development methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
