Your new company

This operating company holds a portfolio of gas production assets supporting the critical supply on the East Coast market.

  • Lead the development of execution methodology, risk mitigation strategies and contractor performance milestones;
  • Work with site maintenance planners to optimise work packs and work orders, then, in execution, maintain schedules for the designated programme of works covering mechanical, electrical and instrumentation;
  • Interface with specialist contractors to ensure deliverables are executed to agreed scope and QA/ITP requirements;
  • Use data to identify and report on risks to schedule slippage and anomalies in contractor reports on progress;
  • Prepare status update reports on stage-gate deliverables for review and sign-off by the Plant Manager and Steer-Co.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated major shutdown/turnaround experience in major hazard facilities is required;
  • Experience with SAP/ Maximo CMMS will be prioritised;
  • A combination of main contractor/delivery and client-side governance experience is desirable;
  • Candidates with mechanical and electrical maintenance planning experience will be considered, assuming hands-on shutdown experience in similar environments.

What you'll get in return

  • Flexibility for hybrid work with periodic site visits in the early planning phase leading to the planned outage;
  • Work with experienced operations and engineering management teams from the energy sector;
  • Opportunity for longer-term assignments or staff transition.
