Premium Hourly Rate: $56.95 per hour + Super (paid weekly).

Work-Life Balance: Structured 9-day fortnight roster (enjoy an extra 26 days off per year).

Standard Hours: Fixed day-shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with zero erratic night requirements or unexpected weekend call-outs.

The Work
This role delivers a diverse mix of commercial facility maintenance, detailed joinery remediations, fit-outs, and minor structural modifications across a high-compliance hospital campus.

Detailed Carpentry & Shopfitting: Carry out high-quality commercial maintenance, cabinetry adjustments, internal fit-outs, and precision timber modifications across clinical and public spaces.

Remediations & Hardware: Repair and maintain high-use doors, architectural hardware, frames, locks, and detailed cabinetry fixtures.

Safety & Hazard Management: Complete daily risk assessments (JSA/TAK) with a comprehensive understanding of working within high-stakes, dust-controlled clinical environments.

Digital Logging: Use hand-held mobile devices to manage job logs, complete electronic work orders, and input data.

What You Need
We are tracking for a reliable, safety-conscious trade professional who takes pride in a premium finish and understands the high cleanliness and safety standards required in a busy hospital environment.

Trade Qualification: Cert III in Shopfitting, Carpentry, Joinery, or an equivalent trade qualification.

Safety Tickets: Current Construction Industry White Card.

Pre-Employment Compliance: Willingness to meet standard hospital Vaccination Personnel Compliance (VPD) requirements.

Compliance: Solid working knowledge of current building standards, WHS legislation, and environmental codes.

Working at Heights (WAH) or other trade-specific tickets are highly advantageous.
