Your new role

• Work with Architect to define the current MS tenancy details, specifically the permission sets and IDAMs identities framework
• Combine the NFRs and technical requirements into a Request for Service to engage a vendor via an e-services contract
• Complete technical analysis of current state to future state and document the technical requirements needed to tenancy changes.
• Work with client and service provider to define the new Support and Services Catalogue for the client under the new tenancy (e.g. who provisions new user accounts, etc)
• Define as is-service processes and target state service model
• Define requirements for target state to be used for commercial negotiations with service provider

What you'll need to succeed

• AWS Cloud Services (For Cloud Guard) – which is Platform Design & Infrastructure knowledge and experience
• MS Tenancy and IDAMS – which is Platform Design & Infrastructure + Security, Privacy & Compliance
• Service Delivery Separation & Event Monitoring – which is Service & Operational Readiness + some Operational Engineering & Observability for event management + Commercial Sourcing / Working with partners & vendors.
