This role sits at the intersection of software development, systems integration, information management and business transformation, supporting the delivery of strategic technology projects across Microsoft and enterprise platforms.
You'll work across a broad portfolio that includes enterprise integration, information management, service management and emerging technologies. The role offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, improve business processes and help modernise critical systems used across a large and diverse organisation.
Your new role
Design and deliver enterprise system integrations and API-based solutions
Produce technical artefacts including functional specifications, integration designs and implementation plans
Lead business process analysis, service improvement and transformation initiatives
Gather and translate business requirements into practical technology outcomes
Contribute to enterprise architecture alignment and systems interoperability
Support the delivery of modern digital solutions across Microsoft and enterprise platforms
Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI solutions for operational efficiencies
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise integrations and API-driven solutions
Experience leading business transformation, process improvement and requirements gathering activities
Hands-on delivery experience across technologies such as .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Framework and SQL Server
Strong understanding of information architecture and information management principles
Experience developing technical, business and governance documentation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions will be highly regarded
Desirable
Experience with Aurion Payroll and HR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams
