With a strong reputation in the volume and custom home market, this company continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Senior Production Draftsperson to play a key role in their drafting team.

Your new role

As a Senior Production Draftsperson, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed construction documentation across a variety of residential projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, estimating, and construction teams to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed working drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD
- Coordinating and resolving design and drafting issues throughout the production phase
- Ensuring plans comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards
- Liaising with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Mentoring junior drafters and contributing to team development
- Managing multiple projects and maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven drafting experience within the residential building sector and strong technical capability.

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Production Draftsperson in a residential build environment
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations, standards, and construction methods
- Experience in volume or project home building environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
