Vandels is looking for a senior barista to join our team full-time (for a Wed-Sun working week). We’re a very busy bakery on Sydney Rd, Brunswick—so this is a highly customer-facing role with people coming at you straight from our big open windows all day long! We’re specifically seeking someone who is outgoing and chatty; who loves meeting new people and who keeps track of neighbourhood gossip like a mod from the local community Facebook group. How’s Steve doing after he tore his ACL at the footy scratch match last week? What’s with all the cars parked outside Leanne’s place? Where’s the garage sales happening this weekend? Due to your friendly and trustworthy demeanor, you’ll somehow know the answers to these questions and more.
