Senior Accountant

Winnellie, NT

We are proud to be partnering with an established and well-regarded accounting firm in Winnellie as they grow their team and seek an experienced Senior Accountant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with public practice experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services, and mentoring junior team members.

About the Role:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse client portfolio
  • Provide taxation and business advisory support
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Mentor and support junior accountants
  • Contribute to workflow management and ongoing process improvements
About You:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Senior Accountant in public practice
  • Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • CA/CPA qualified or currently studying (desirable)
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel
