Section Waiter — Louie, Coogee
Louie is looking for a dedicated, professional section waiter to join our floor team.
We're a busy restaurant and bar right on Arden St, Coogee — good food, good wine, a room that's always moving. We want someone who owns their section: confident with guests, quick on their feet, and proud of the details.
What you'll bring:
Genuine floor experience — you know how to run a section, not just carry plates
Strong menu and wine knowledge, or the hunger to learn ours fast
A calm, professional presence even when it's slammed
