G & C Xerri requires 8 people to work in a seasonal horticulture role as labourers to pick, weed and pack a variety of vegetables. Positions are located in Freemans Reach, NSW. You will be paid a casual hourly rate under the Horticulture Award (2020). Up to 12 months work will be available and will commence mid - September 2026. Experience not necessary, training provided. Candidates should be motivated and should have the ability to learn quickly. You must be able to commit to the full season. Work is physical and outdoors. You will be required to work in a range of weather conditions. You will need to have the ability to work quickly and with accuracy. You will be provided with a minimum average of 30 hours per week (equivalent to a minimum of 120 hours over a 4 week period). Work will usually be performed Monday to Saturday; start at 7am to 12pm and restart 3pm to 6pm, however you may be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays depending on the requirements of the employer.
