Your new company

Our client is a leading global entertainment organisation with an extensive portfolio of household-name brands and franchises. Operating across Australia and New Zealand, they partner with some of the region's biggest retailers and consumer brands to bring products, experiences and marketing campaigns to life. They are now looking for a commercially minded Sales & Retail Marketing Executive to join their Sydney team for a 12-month temporary assignment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Consumer Products team, you will play a key role in supporting both retail marketing and licencing activities across ANZ. Working closely with retailers, licensees and internal stakeholders, you will help develop and execute marketing initiatives, identify commercial opportunities and support revenue growth across a diverse brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with licensees and retail partners across ANZ.

• Supporting sales presentations, category plans and commercial proposals.

• Developing and executing retail marketing campaigns that drive product sell-through and brand visibility.

• Identifying new licencing, retail and category opportunities through market analysis.

• Supporting forecasting, reporting, contract administration and business reviews.

• Coordinating product approvals and marketing assets with local and international stakeholders.

• Supporting industry events, trade shows and partner presentations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, consumer products, licencing, partnerships or account management.

• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Confident communication and presentation abilities.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with retail partners or consumer brands will be highly regarded.
