Sales Consultant – Blinds, Curtains, Awnings & Security Screens Custom Curtains and Shade – Nambour, Sunshine Coast, QLD Full Time | $75,000–$95,000 per year

About Us Custom Curtains and Shade is a trusted, family-run Sunshine Coast business specialising in high-quality blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings and Crimsafe security screens. For over 30 years, we’ve helped homeowners enhance the comfort, style and security of their homes with products built to last and service they can rely on.

We’re growing and looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting people, working independently on the road, and guiding customers toward the right solutions for their home.

Key Responsibilities Convert leads into sales through in-home consultations, showroom appointments and timely follow-ups.

Generate new opportunities and actively nurture strong leads.

Take accurate on-site measurements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare clear, detailed quotes and explain product options with confidence.

Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth job delivery.

Meet monthly sales targets and stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

What You’ll Bring Proven sales experience (window furnishings or similar home improvement experience highly regarded).

Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers find the right solution.

Ability to generate, follow up and convert strong leads.

Confidence in taking precise measurements and offering practical, tailored solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills.

Comfortable working independently and within a small, supportive team.

CRM and Microsoft Office experience.

Current Australian driver’s licence.

Ability to provide a clean police check.
