Experienced Contact Centre Sales Professionals Wanted Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Sales Career? This is not an entry-level sales role. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven sales experience in a KPI-driven environment, ideally within a contact centre, phone-based sales, outbound sales, education sales, energy, telecommunications, fundraising, recruitment or similar high-volume sales environment. If you enjoy closing sales, handling objections, exceeding targets and being rewarded for performance, we want to hear from you. About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing online education provider specialising in nationally recognised qualifications across Mental Health, Community Services, Youth Work and Alcohol & Other Drugs. They are passionate about helping students build meaningful careers through flexible online learning, exceptional student support and job-ready outcomes. Having established a strong reputation within the education sector, they are continuing to expand their sales team and leadership pipeline from their modern Armadale office. The Opportunity As a Senior Student Recruitment Officer, you'll play a key role in driving enrolments while developing the leadership skills needed to progress into a future Team Leader position. This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson with 6-18 months of sales experience who is eager to step up, mentor others and build a long-term career in sales leadership. What You'll Be Doing

Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students Conducting consultative sales conversations to understand career goals and recommend suitable courses Guiding students through the enrolment process from enquiry to close Consistently achieving and exceeding sales KPIs and conversion targets Handling objections confidently and building value throughout the sales process Mentoring and supporting junior team members for approximately 3-4 hours per week Assisting with team meetings and leadership responsibilities when the Team Leader is unavailable Contributing to a high-performance, sales-focused culture

What We're Looking For

6-18 months of sales experience in a KPI-driven environment Strong closing ability and confidence handling objections Competitive, ambitious and motivated by performance-based rewards Natural leadership potential with a desire to progress into a Team Leader role within 12 months Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Experience in call centre, education, retail, fundraising, energy, telecommunications, recruitment or similar sales environments highly regarded
