About the group Aspire Hospitality Group operates three Albany venues: Six Degrees (restaurant, bar, accommodation and live music), Chanya Thai (authentic Thai dining) and Venice Albany (Italian restaurant and cafe). We combine hospitality, accommodation and events with our own group technology, including Zinga payments and POS platforms, Alby and Goldroom.

Role overview We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager (business development) to grow revenue for our venues and to implement group products, including Zinga payments and POS platforms, Alby and Goldroom, with hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Find and win new business: corporate events, functions, catering and group bookings
• Grow accommodation and venue revenue through partnerships and B2B accounts
• Implement Zinga, Alby and Goldroom products with venue and partner clients
• Manage key client relationships and renewals
• Prepare proposals, tenders and grant applications
• Track pipeline, revenue and ROI and report monthly
• Represent the group at industry and networking events

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales in hospitality, retail or technology
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar) and sales reporting
• Ability to manage projects end to end and meet targets
• Current driver's licence

Pay $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus superannuation, plus incentives.
