Benefits Secure full-time position within a well-established QSR franchise  Competitive salary package with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment  Opportunity for long-term career progression within a growing hospitality business  Task & responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery  Lead, train, and supervise staff, including performance management and development  Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs in line with business targets  Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and maintain inventory control  Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and WHS requirements  Maintain high levels of customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns  Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards  Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (AQF Diploma or higher, or equivalent)  Minimum of one (1) year full-time post-qualification experience in a similar fast food or QSR management role  Proven leadership and team management experience in a high-volume environment  Experience in rostering, stock control, and cost management  Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance  Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills About Company KMJ GROUP PTY LTD is the owner and operator of an Oporto franchise located in Taren Point, NSW.
