Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or AQF Diploma in a relevant field in the relevant field and 1+ years' experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards. Coordinate staff schedules, training programs, and task assignments to optimise store efficiency. Maintain store appearance by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organised, and clean, reflecting the store's cultural atmosphere. Track inventory levels and place orders for stock, products, to meet customer demand. Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and high-quality products. Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for the community. Assist with financial tasks such as daily sales tracking, basic bookkeeping, and inventory audits. Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and customers, in line with store policies.
