POSITION TITLE: Merchandiser Pay Rate: $32 - $33 Per hour Shift Type: 8hr/ week which is 1day/ week Location: Batsman's Bay PURPOSE To effectively achieve the highest merchandising standards within all Depts represented by our products in all listed retail stores within your territory. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To actively build and manage positive business relationships with all listed retail stores in your territory. To ensure effective action upon all business development and merchandising opportunities. To ensure effective management of the Brand KPI's on a store-by-store basis. Ensure that you comply with all retail industry & OH&S and company procedures. Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES  

To ensure all stores in your territory receive a quality structured merchandiser call. Ensure all listed brand products are merchandised to the highest standard in all stores. i.e. F&B swing tags with price labels on all products, new models displayed, and general housekeeping duties (dusting & cleaning off tools) is carried out to maintain first class presentation in stores. Face up all stocks in all aisles to ensure they are visible to the customers. Ensure nil 'on shelf' out of stocks. Provide feedback that identifies opportunities for our Company to always improve its quality in service to customers so that we provide the best service possible. Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the company and ensuring that overall organisational objectives are achieved Liaising with relevant store Area Manager to ensure all objectives are being achieved. Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

STANDARD REPORTING  

Provide feedback on outcomes by store, including call objectives and necessary required actions to nominated Manager personnel.
