Work cohesively and with initiative in a multi-disciplinary team Ability to make timely and accurate decisions in critical medical scenarios Liaising with management, key stakeholders and all Emergency staff Support management and embrace change and new initiatives positively Display clinical expertise and service excellence in a private healthcare emergency setting Provide patient care in accordance with National Safety Quality Standards and ACHA policies

About you:

Current Registration with AHPRA South Australian DHS Working with Children clearance and National Police Clearance Background in Emergency Nursing (minimum 3 years) Must work across all shifts: early and late shifts over a 7-day rotating roster (Nursing hours include a number of different shifts between the hours of 0730-2400) Commitment to Quality Patient Care Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Works well independently and within a team Basic computer skills
