Achieve Something Great Bankstown Hospital is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Medical Unit team. In this role, you will critically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Your work will focus on delivering evidence based, culturally appropriate care that enhances patient outcomes, while maintaining strong communication and professional standards that support safe, high quality healthcare.

Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence based and culturally appropriate practices

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes

Communicate effectively in a person-centred manner with patients, carers and colleagues

Uphold clinical practice standards while engaging in continuous professional development

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
