Position: Registered Nurse Location: Strathfield, NSW Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus Superannuation

KA Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in Strathfiled, NSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient/resident care in accordance with clinical guidelines and organisational policies
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
• Monitor and document patient/resident health status, vital signs, and progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patient/resident condition and escalate care as required
• Liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and families regarding care and treatment plans
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and legal requirements
• Ensure infection control, WHS, and safety standards are upheld at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in [aged care / acute care / community nursing / relevant setting]
• Sound knowledge of clinical procedures, medication management, and care planning
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
