Located on the beautiful Bayside in Cleveland, Redlands RSL is a popular well-established, premier hospitality venue renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. Our venue features a busy a la carte restaurant, café, bars, gaming facilities, and function spaces, creating a dynamic and rewarding workplace.

We are currently seeking a Qualified and Passionate CHEF/COOK to join our talented kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in producing high-quality food, and are looking to further your culinary career, we would love to hear from you.

• Competitive salary package of $73,000 - $83,000 per annum

What We’re Looking For:
• Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills – ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player – work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Flexibility – availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
• Legal right to work in Australia
