About Us: Tomakin Sports & Social Club is located on the beautiful NSW South Coast — just 3.5 hours south of Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. We’re proud of our positive team culture, friendly service, and professional kitchen environment. Our venue continues to grow, and we’re now looking for multiple trade-qualified Chefs to join our kitchen team.
Additional opportunities may also exist across our organisation at the Milton Ulladulla ExServos Club.
The Role: You’ll be working in a busy, high-volume kitchen with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork. Our food offering is always evolving, and we’re looking for chefs who want to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong culinary skills and pride in your craft
- Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
- Confidence in plate-up, portion control, and service standards
- Clear communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
