Renowned for delivering exceptional property services and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, they are seeking an experienced Property Team Administrator to support their high-performing Commercial Sales & Leasing team. Your new role
Based in Townsville CBD, this is a diverse and fast-paced role where you will play a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial property team. Acting as the administrative hub of the business, you will work closely with agents and stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination of sales, leasing, marketing and office administration activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing contracts, lease documentation and agency paperwork Coordinating property marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Managing online listings and marketing collateral Maintaining CRM systems and database accuracy Assisting with proposals, reports and client correspondence Providing administrative support to the wider commercial property team Supporting general office operations and business processes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous administration experience, ideally within property, real estate or a professional services environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience using Canva or similar design platforms Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented approach
