The role:
You will be required to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide specialised Physiotherapy treatment which is tailored to the individual needs of the live-in residents, to improve their quality of life.
Regular RACF duties may involve; 1 to 1 treatments - see residents with specific treatment plan (evidence based treatments), referrals and assessments (falls and injuries) and exercise classes (focus on improving function). This position involves regular collaboration with on-site staff including, registered nurses and care staff, as well as other medical and allied health professionals.
The successful applicant will have:
• Salary package between $80,000- $95,000. • A relevant qualification. • Current AHPRA registration. • At least 2 years of full-time equivalent relevant experience. • Australia Police check required or NDIS Workers Screening check. • Interim Certificate (if required for registration). • Completed and passed English Exam (if required for registration). • A genuine passion for Aged Care.
