The Role 12 motivated pastoral workers are required starting August for up to nine months in the Smithton area, Tasmania. You will generally work up to 6 days a week within a Monday-Sunday cycle, averaging 30 hours per week. You will be paid under the Pastoral Award 2020 casual hourly award rate Level 1 ($31.79 per hour). Duties may include but are not limited to calf rearing and general farm duties.

About you / Criteria The ideal candidates should have:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability and ability to stay for the entire duration (9 months).
• Ability to work flexible hours as rosters will vary.
• A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Be physically fit and self-motivated as you may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Full working rights for Australia.
• Have a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
