The Bonaccord Group is an Australian-owned and operated family business, producing quality fresh produce since 1975 and freighting perishable goods since 1989. Bonaccord Ingram Co Pty Ltd produces a range of fresh vegetables that can be picked, cooled, packed, and freighted for purchase by consumers the very next day, both within Victoria and interstate.

We are currently seeking 10 paddock workers for our vegetable farm located in Walpa VIC 3875.

The Paddock Workers will report to the Harvest Supervisor and will be responsible for a range of farm duties, including:
• Manual harvesting of a variety of vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cos lettuce, coral lettuce, etc.
• Mechanical harvesting of baby leaves, including spinach, mizuna, red chard, etc.
• Transplanting vegetable seedlings
• Packing and processing a variety of vegetables
• Weeding and general farm maintenance

Hours of Work and Job Details:
• Full-time position on a 9-month contract
• Estimated start date: mid-September 2026
• The ordinary hours of work are 38 hours per week, usually to be work between 6.00am and 6.00pm, and between Monday and Saturday inclusively.
• The ordinary hours will not exceed 12 hours per day.
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required
• Minimum pay rate of $25.74 per hour (entry-level), plus applicable award entitlements (penalty rates, overtime) and superannuation
• No prior experience required – on-the-job training will be provided

• Be flexible with work arrangements
• Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, cold, heat, wind, etc.)
• Be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Have access to a reliable vehicle
