Part-Time / Casual Barista – Coffee Flower Norwest We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team at Coffee Flower in Norwest. About the role:

Part-time or casual position
Approx. 2–4 shifts per week
Flexible availability preferred, including weekends
Making and serving high-quality coffee
Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
General café duties and keeping the workspace clean What we’re looking for:
Previous barista experience required
Confident working in a busy café environment
Friendly, reliable and able to work well in a team
Good communication and customer service skills
