• Supervising construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects, including overseeing staff, subcontractors, and project delivery activities.
• Undertaking building inspections, condition assessments, and surveys of building elements and construction materials.
• Managing safety compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting business growth opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Current White Card (mandatory).
• Trade qualification in a construction-related field (highly regarded).
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or infrastructure project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of building industry practices and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
