Office Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes


• Coordinate office activities and support collaboration across design, production, and installation teams


• Manage office resources, including equipment, supplies, and external service providers


• Plan and prioritise administrative workflows and reporting to support business operations


• Supervise and support office staff, including onboarding, training, and payroll coordination


• Oversee office financial administration, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations


• Develop and improve office systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with WHS and relevant regulations

Relevant Skills and Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative coordination role, preferably within a professional services environment


• A Diploma or higher qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable, or equivalent relevant work experience


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, project managers, and clients


• High attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach


• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and contribute to efficient office operations
